Why I Became a Mortgage Broker
I started Mortgage Professor because I saw too many people being underserved by traditional banks. Clients with non-traditional income, bruised credit, or complex financial situations were being turned away—even when they had the means to afford a home.
As an independent mortgage broker, I have access to over 50 lenders, including major banks, credit unions, monoline lenders, and private financing options. This means I can find solutions that banks simply cannot offer.
